Week 6 Day 3

Reps: 13,11,9,7,Max
I did: 10,8,8,7,7 = 40 reps
Weight: 80,5Kg/179 Ibs

First time ever I got 10 reps. Well, when youre supposed to do 13, its not that great anymore. This is the first time I got to 40 reps with only 5 sets though, so thats another good point ;)
This pullup program porbably works, but it is very slowly working for me. In 6 Weeks I got from 8 to 10, probably 11 reps. Thats not much of an increase. I guess Ill be doing Week5&6 2 more times and see if I can get >=15 reps. If not, ill probably change to weighted chinups or just change to real pull ups (been doing chins so far). But first, lets see how many reps I squeeze out on the next maxtest!
