Yes, utter fail once more. I at least hoped for one set of 10 reps and came SO close but my chin didnt went above the bar. Well..I dont know how people can really successfully do this program on the first try. My maximum was 9.5 reps like 4 weeks ago and now Im supposed to do 4 sets above my maximum in a row.
However, one more day and Ill do maxtest again. Aiming for 11 reps here. Ill be heavily disappointed if I wont be able to do at least 11.

5' 9" 200lbs

started off being able to do 6 or 7.
took me 3 or 4 cycles to get to 20.
if u fail, just start back at week 5 and cycle over and over.
if u stick with the plan, it will work.
unlike a lot of other compound lifts, u will loose strength/endurance on pullups VERY quickly if u take long periods of time off.

the extra back width is a great bonus too!
makes the doughy waste look smaller.

Yea, Im going to stick with this program for a while. Probably 2 more cycles to see if Ill get closer to 20, arounds ~15 reps or so.
