Was struggling with all the pull ups, I think I need to lose some serious weight if I'm going to be able to 20 by week six!!

You really should have at least a full days rest between workouts, so that your muscles have time to heal and grow stronger. Maybe even two days if your muscles still feel sore from previous workout. Training without rest days can be counter productive.
