Rather early today, bf lunch. As I'd been awake for more than 8 hours already, I can not hide behind the back of MG.
Anyways, the numbers:
8-7-8-7-8 (planned)
8-7-6-5-5 (actual)
Kipped the last reps, cheating through the plan, but there was still a 7 clean rep shortage in total (30 versus 37), making the session a failure. I am now facing D3 (a 5-6-8-9-10 session) with unconfidence, neither can I imagine completing todays session in the next week. Unless I could learn quantum leaping or something.
I could probaly try something different for a change, e.g. wrestling with an alligator. That's right. Wrestling with an alligator. And tussle' with a whale. Handcuff lightning, throw thunder in jail! That's bad! To train for that, I should murder a rock, injure a stone, hospitalize a brick! Me be' so mean, as to make medicine sick!
Anyone identified the quote*?
*though somewhat changed
absolutely love'em morning pullups! within half an hour from waking up, a half a cup of coffee and some quick carbon hydrates from oatmeal or bread and I'm ready and at my best it seems!
foe for one, ally for another. I have liked the mornings for some periods, but with unstable sleep, my waking-ups are usually troublesome. still, gravity is a cyclic, periodic, even rhytmic phenomena!
