W2/D2 (5), 8-7-7-6-7 (120 sec.)

Some kind of anti-progress continues, I feel weaker with each time.. Today it was hard to do even 3rd and 4th set, not to mention 5th (7 instead of 10). Possible reasons? Not eating enough proteins (crisis, haha), too much rest days (2-3 days on average), not to mention sex&drugs&rock'n'roll (ok - mainly beer as drugs :D)..
Anyway, nothing to lose, I can do this program whole year, if necessary. It took me 499 days, 724 sets, 4004 reps to get from 0 to 11 pull-ups, so it's quite ok if I can't get from 11 to 20 in few weeks (and it's only 90 sets and 627 reps for this program).
