Today I did Week 1 Day 2 again, with 120 sec. interval instead of required 90 sec. (which I'm unable to do). I did all sets 7-6-6-8-9, but last reps of the last set were not very good form pull-ups. Another thing to mention - since I started pull-ups few weeks ago I have gained weight - more than 3 kg (and I doubt it is muscle mass..). Need to restrict Coca-cola usage :D
Offtopic - today is a memorable day, I finally paid all my debts to Swedbank. Freedom from debt slavery, more time to concentrate on pull-ups :)
Congratulations, it's rare to hear good news when Swedish banks are mentioned in the same sentence aa Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
