Started the challenge

Could do 8 pullups in a row, I so started in the second column. 4-3-2-4-5 worked fine.

I actually thought I could do a 6th in the last set, but I could only do it half ..

5-6-7-8-10. Had to squeeze the last extra rep out.. weird, because I did this multiple times and I can only do one rep more than previous times... I thought I should be getting stronger faster?

These are 36 in total.. For W5D2 I have to do 46.. I think I'll do an in-between day.. W5D1.5 next: 9-7-9-7-9 = 41 total.. hope I can complete that one anyway.

This was hard....
Had to squeeze them out.. but I did them.. sometimes 190 seconds rest instead of 120 but who cares :P... Im scared of W5D2 though...

I don't think I can do Week 5 yet, so I decided to redo week 4...
5-6-7-8-9... last 2 of last set were hard, I didn't get as high as the others.

I'm almost recovered from being ill almost the whole week.. long time no pullups but I did them:
5-6-7-8-9

I must say, first 3 sets went very good. Last set was hardest and I'm not sure I can say that the last few reps were perfect pullups... Hope next workout will be better; if not I might jump back to column 1.

With a lot of days rest, my max was now 12... Increase of just 150%... Three sets until failure resulted in:

The last two I didn't get as high as usual but still got my chin above my hands.

Did pushups yesterday and got muscle ache atm. But had to do the pullups today, because I got too many days rest otherwise. Put my hands close together to use less pecs.
