Seriously, Ive felt so tired during todays program, I really wonder how I got this "far"
But man, how disappointing that I couldnt get the ninth rep complete. Bar was at my nose :/
Oh well, still one rep better than last time, even though I slept like 10 hours the last 3 days (summed up), had to work like a freakin beast and wasnt able to eat properly.
Next workout is 8,9,10,11,12 and I am striving to get at least 8,9,10,10,x for this day. Wish me luck!
