rest day number 1

I don't think that I will label every rest day. Today is however a novelty. I fell pretty good. I have some soreness but that may be from doing the initial strength tests for the one hundred pushups challenge and the one hundred pull-ups challenge on yesterday. If anyone else is reading this comment if you like on my choice to do this. I know that overdoing it can be dicouraging but I do not feel that way now. I figure that doing the pushup and puu-up challenges concurrently is akin to doing the P90X or some other challenge without doing the weights. I will only do these every other day. On off days I will do the 200 situp challenge and the 200 squats challenge. I do at least 30 minutes of yoga every day. As I type this I'm not sure why I am disclosing this. I think it's just "thinking out loud" to explain my rationale to myself.
