Done did a max 2 days later for 10 reps
haven't been progressing as I would like. I'm going to repeat week 3 but do column 2 this time.
last set sucked but I got through it
decided to repeat this yet week again maxed out 9 but STRUGGLED.
Feeling pretty good this week
Felt like crap. Struggled with every set. Off day I guess. If day three is this bad I may repeat this week
