Last week I started armwrestling! I have had it in mind for a while. It is so fun! My trainer said that it would be more important to do chins with extra weights, than doing many. So I´m not really following this program anymore.. But It gave me a very very good start! And even if I dont follow this program exactly, I will still test my max chin-ups with my own weight. Last week it was 7.
Did day 5 two days ago, and I didn´t make a 6th in the last set. I was very tired that day, and I diseded that I had to rest 2 days before next training.

the evidence on YouTube! But I might have some funny costume, and it will be in the forest (ofcourse, mam i skoojin = mum in the forest)!
So I followed the program and the second column (6-9), and I did it! But I wouldn´t have made a 6th chin-up in the last set, so I feel that I am in the right column.
