My pull-up total for 2011 was 18,751. My goal for 2012 is 20,000+.
I'm in the second week of my second run through the program. At the beginning of the first 6-weeks I could do 14 strict pull-ups. At the end of week 6 I was able to perform 21 pull-ups. Not bad for an old guy (46). I'm also in the second run of the 100 push-up challenge. 60 push-ups was my last max.
