Did 1, then 1, then not quite 1, then 1 negative, not quite 1 (1 negative instead), and one negative.
I think I will stay here a while before I move ahead. Doesn't make sense to continue to the next day if I can't finish this one.

Completed the workout. I think I will add more time to the negatives to build strength.
Those pull ups need work. I think I will bump myself back one level to build up strength.
Set 1 - 1
Set 2 - 1 neg
Set 3 - 1
Set 4 - not quite 1
Set 5 - 1 neg
It's a start!
I was never able to do pullups. I was probably able to do three with good form. I think most of it is due to my being overweight.
So this all started with the 100 push ups program. I then found the 200 sit ups program. So out of curiosity and a strong desire to do pull ups, I searched and found this site.
Initial test was today. I already did my frst day of the 100 push ups program and my initial test for the 200 sit ups. I am not blaming fatigue for my abysmas start of just one good pull up.
So I will start at week -2.
