Neutral grip knocked out the 7-6-6-8-9
Started my first day of regular grip pull ups(also weighted 16lbs.)
Only got 7 on my test:( Finished the 4-3-3-4-5 easy!
Moving on with handstand push-ups:)
Also doing the 100 push ups in many different styles and the 200 squats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
6-6-4-7-9
Now onto the regular grip pull ups and the close grip chins! All with 16 lbs in the backpack! Keep it moving!
Pulled 11 on the initial test with 16 lbs. in my back pack! I can't weight to work up to 20!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
