First, I'm coming to twentypullups.com from the Pavel pullup program, because while effective, the Pavel program will take about six months. It doesn't take six months to double the number of pushups or situps I can do, and it doesn't take six months to cut a minute off of my mile. So I can't grasp needing six months to increase my pullups by 84%.
Well I can do 12 pullups non-stop, so I went with the third column (10+). I did the sets of 6,6,4, and 7 just fine but only got to 5 of 9 for the final set. It's early in the day and I have plenty of energy (even post workout!)
