Ok here we go I'll keep you posted, my ex roommate had to take his pull-up bar to his new place so I got take care of this work out at the gym.

I know there is no day 4 on week 1 but I got bored
4 (closer grip, knocked it out no prob Bob)
3 (close grip, easy...I guess the close grip is easier for me, really working my biceps)
4 (struggled a little bit on that one, last rep did a little swinging)
4 (doing it...struggled but doing it)
5 (wide grip side grip...barely squeezed out the fifth rep)

Was struggling with all the pull ups, I think I need to lose some serious weight if I'm going to be able to 20 by week six!!

Thinking about doing this every other day rather than back-to-back-back-to-back...
Alright! I'm going to do the challenge, I can only do 7 clean pull-ups so I'm going to try and do at least 12 clean pull-ups by the end of the 6 week training phase.
I know, I know this is the "20 pull-up challenge" but I'm going to crawl before I walk.
