Youtube Challenge

There is a new challenge for those who have access to a camcorder. Film yourself completing the challenge by doing (at least) twenty pull-ups/chin-ups and share the video through Youtube. (You should also mention your username in the video's info.) Contact me with the link and I'll add you to the Youtube-section of the Hall of Fame.

What would be a better way to motivate those still trying to complete the Twenty Pull-ups Challenge?

In 5 series I got only 9, I would have to get 12.

Today I was play volleyball 1,5 hours. That could effect my result of this day exercise.

I switched to Door-Width Pull-ups a few weeks ago. I can actually do 15 with that width as well as Normal-Width Pull-ups. Weird! I'm at about 16 now anyway. That video is old.

Those videos are from 16th December, hoping to get to 20 Door-Width Pull-ups before the end of February, at the latest, that is.

I'm around 17 Pull-ups and 19 Chin-ups now!
